If the payment status is "waiting" on the FutureNet side, it means that the finance department has not yet ordered it to withdraw from the system, in case the payment status is marked as "done", the payment was ordered. If you have not received funds to your bank account after at least 3 business days, from the moment withdrawal was accepted by the FutureNet finance department, please contact FutureNet support
