Can I correct my FutureAdPro account information?

A FutureAdPro user can change the misspellings in the name or surname at My profile tab. You can do it as long as your account is not paired. Once successfully paired, the change of account data is not possible.

The maximum number of letters that could be changed in a name or surname without the support approval is two.

If you change more than two letters in your name, this kind of modification needs to be accepted by the support department.

Please note: you don’t need to create any ticket to request the change. When you change the name in your profile, the application will report your request automatically.

 - Once reported, you will see the following message “Your application change data has been sent. Be patient - you will receive information about the change" on your profile.

 - Once accepted, your name will be changed and the above message will no longer be shown.

 - Please remember that it is still not allowed to change the name to a completely different one. Such change name application will be rejected.
