When you are on your another user profile page, you can see their Friends tab. This tab displays all friends of this user. You can add a new friend by clicking Add friend next to a user profile picture. Also, you can find a new friend using the search field on any page and clicking Add friend. In case you don’t see Add friend button, it means that the user has forbidden to add him as a friend by setting up the appropriate privacy settings.
