An uploaded picture cannot exceed 100MB. For the best quality photos, we recommend that photos are sized to 375x375px for profile photo and 430x430px for other photos. Uploaded video cannot exceed 100MB and must be less than 3 minutes. In case you have a problem uploading a media, please try to use the following tips: 
Check the image formats and make sure that the file is saved in the correct format
Check internet connection 
Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser
